I gather perspectives across the leadership team and make visible where key questions remain unresolved or are understood differently. In a subsequent joint session, these points are clarified and turned into a solid foundation for the next steps.

Making change work in day-to-day operations
After the strategy comes the real challenge. Over several months, I work with leadership and project teams to make change effective in practice and align strategy, execution, and leadership behaviour. Depending on the situation, I act as a sparring partner, architect of interventions, and co-creator in the implementation.

A workshop that offers a new perspective on change and shows why communication alone is often not enough. Leaders reflect on their own situation and see what really matters in execution and where they can take action.

MY APPROACH
As a consulting boutique, Ruedt Consulting works with a select portfolio of mandates. Collaboration with my clients is direct, straightforward and built on mutual trust. Matters requiring discretion are always in safe hands.
Depending on the topic, needs and context, I act as a facilitator of change and development processes, as a subject-matter expert in communication and change management, or as a coach and sparring partner. I often take on several of these roles in a complementary way.
Years of experience have taught me that organisations cannot be steered directly, the way technical systems can. Companies, teams and the people within them form complex systems with their own rules, often hidden ones. As a consultant, I help set the right impulses and create the conditions needed for organisations and their members to move in the desired direction.
PROFILE
Dr. Christoph Ruedt
Since founding Ruedt Consulting in 2014, I have advised numerous companies during transformations and on various facets of communication. From start-ups to restructuring programmes and M&A transactions, I have worked with board members and leaders to help them win over internal and external stakeholders for their strategic plans.
Over the years, I continuously expanded my field of activity from corporate communications to comprehensive consulting for change projects as well as organisational and team development. In tailor-made workshops, I helped management boards to define a vision for their company, got teams ready for their mission and supported leaders in orienting their organisation towards the future.
Before founding Ruedt Consulting, I worked for more than 10 years as a communications manager and consultant for major international companies, including UBS, Deloitte and AXA Winterthur, in Switzerland and the UK.
I have a master's degree (MAS) in Coaching & Organisational Consulting from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), and I'm a member of bso (professional association for coaching, supervision and consulting). I also earned a master's degree (MA) in communication sciences, business administration and information technology and a doctorate (PhD) in marketing from the University of Zurich.
